Puertos del Estado introduces iMar, its mobile application that allows users to check the sea conditions in real-time as well as for the upcoming days.
Access detailed information on waves, sea level, wind, atmospheric pressure, water temperature, and more for each location, beach, and port in Spain. The app enables users to create and manage favorite locations for immediate access to information.
In addition, animated maps for wind and wave forecasts are provided, alongside a comprehensive coastal alert system that allows for a quick assessment of sea conditions throughout Spain at a glance.
Real-time information is updated every minute for tide gauges, hourly for buoys, and twice daily for forecast systems.
All data is sourced from Puertos del Estado's measurement systems and models, except for wind forecasts provided by AEMET.
